On the 28th January, 2012, Xtris will begin a planned network maintenance window. This window will be used to add some necessary patches to our network services and will occur sometime between the hours of 18:00 and 18:30 GMT.
During these works, you will be momentarily disconnected. We expect downtime to not exceed 10 minutes at any point. We hope this to be the extent of this maintenance.

Please be advised we are seeing some strange behaviour on our Berlin.DE.EU.Xtris.net server which we think is memory related.
We are closely monitoring it before we can take any corrective action.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and urge you to try using a different server. More information about our servers can be found here.

Edit: We have unfortunately had a set back from the original planned date of 17th March. This maintenance will now take place on Sunday, 27th March.
Edit 2: This maintenance window was carried out slightly earlier than planned and was completed on Sunday 27 March 2011 at 02:00 GMT.

On the 14th March, 2009, there will be a network maintenance window on our Dallas.TX.US.Xtris.net server. A planned network maintenance window will affect our Dallas operations in the early hours; all other network servers are unaffected.
During these works, we advise you to use an alternate server. Our Server Listings can be found here.

On the 11th December, 2008, Xtris will begin a planned network maintenance window. After a recent bug was discovered, we are undertaking required maintenance works to update all network servers.
During these works, you will be momentarily disconnected. We have tested this new code and have not yet discovered any problems; however, in the first couple of hours of the maintenance window finishing, it will undergo some rigorous testing. We hope this to be the extent of this maintenance.

The Xtris Network is experiencing connectivity problems at present. A routing update seems to be causing our carrier connectivity problems, so things are a little up and down at the moment. We have had communication they are working on this issue at present.
As soon as this outage has cleared, this post will be revised to reflect the [RESOLVED] status.

We have been made aware of possible network carrier maintenance which may affect our network service on Sunday 21st September, 2008 at 06:00 GMT. Should this occur, it is only expected the interruption should last for 10 minutes.
It is anticipated that this will be the extent of the outage. As soon as this outage has cleared, this post will be revised to reflect the [RESOLVED] status.
