Welcome to the Staff Application. Progressing with this application states your full acceptance of our AUP (and its related documents), the terms and conditions presented on this page and the Recruitment Index. What we DO look for:

• Individuals who are known to us ('established user')
• Individuals who can represent Xtris' presence on the Internet in general
• Individuals that are professional and focused on the user experience
• You need to be able to pickup new procedures and practices quickly and to stay calm and collected under stress
• You will be required to use your real name as your nickname and account (where availability allows you to do so). You will need to use this account and nick BEFORE applying
• A good sense of communication is required; you will need to be able to communicate clearly with other members and users
• Good problem solving skills
• You need to be a good team player to work WITH people instead of trying to beat them
• A friendly, warm and confident attitude and a good sense of humour
• Knowledge of the English language is a *requirement*
• Individuals who are familiar with Services, and our network in general
• Individuals who are reliable - you will need to contribute a minimum amount of hours per week to #support as detailed in the Trial Helper - Info page

What we do NOT look for:

• People just looking for 'easy access'
• Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful individuals
• Individuals who do not want to work as a team and who want to take credit for other people's work
• Individuals who believe abusive behavior is a solution to problems
• Individuals who are unable to receive feedback, good or bad
• You must not be involved officially with any other network which would require your attention

N.B: All applicants MUST be 13 years old or over, this is a COPPA requirement.
Filling in the application form states that you have understood this requirement and that are 13 years old or over.
