Welcome to the online Channel Registration Form. Progressing with this application states your full acceptance of our AUP, and in particular the Channel Registration Policy (and its related documents) in addition to the terms and conditions presented on this page.

What you should know about this form:

• We aim to process your application within 8 hours of submission
• This form must be used for all channel registrations, however, #support may offer you instant registration under the priviso that you submit this form for instant review
• You must state two supporter's NS accounts and their e-mail addresses. In case you are offline when we come to process the application, we will be able to verify this with your supporters (if they are still opped in the channel)
• It is at the sole discretion of the processing Helper whether your supporters are contacted to verify their support
• If you and your supporters are all offline by the time we process your application and if other members are opped, you must understand that we will have no choice but to deny your application. If the channel is empty, the registration will be processed
• Listing supporters falsely is prohibited and will result in the channel being denied
• If your channel name contains abbreviations, you are required to disclose their meaning in the 'Purpose' field; failing to do so may result in your application being delayed or denied

N.B: All applicants MUST be 13 years old or over, this is a COPPA requirement.
Filling in the Channel Registration Form states you have understood this requirement, and are 13 years old or over.
