Our members of staff are not paid; they are volunteers (totaling twenty) who donate themselves selflessly to the running of the network and its users. We are currently serving you from eight distinct countries in eight distinct languages.

The network consists of a hierarchical and Committee based structure to allow effective management and utilisation of network staff. The Network Management and Committee / Department structure consists of:

Each Network Manager also has specific areas that they are ultimately responsible for. This idealogy is to ensure no aspect of the network operation is left unmanaged or untouched; the Network Manager has final authority over their particular area and will instigate changes and amendments in Policy relating to their area.
